Synopsis: Jake, a gender non-conforming seven year-old, invites us into his world to explore the transforming power of love and support on our children.

Sugar Coated

Directed by Chris Parson
Synopsis: Lolita, a fashion movement from Harajuku, Tokyo, has a thriving group of followers in Los Angeles. We follow four Lolitas and investigate their motivations for taking on the extreme style; from self-expression, to the questioning of identity and body image.

Synopsis: In the beginning, not everything went quite entirely according to plan. A rambunctious alien kid changes the course of history by playing with the moon.

Dockery & Son

Synopsis: Dockery & Son is a documentary following a Mother and Son’s junk store and revealing an eye-opening slice of life at their real-life thrift store in the ghost town of Milford, Missouri: population 26.

SandorKraut

Synopsis: A portrait of the acclaimed food writer and fermentation guru Sandor Katz whose renegade revival of ancient culinary rituals has transformed his relationship with life and death.

Anna
Directed by Eric Latek
Synopsis: Anna is an intimate portrait through the eyes of Anna who is a wife, mother, grandmother and Native American activist who endures the final stage of Alzheimer's.  This film is only through her eyes.

Sci-Fi Shorts
Japanese Doctor Who
Directed by Joshua Kahan
Synopsis: One day a video tape fell from the sky into a young man's lap. On it was a video clip from a parallel universe wherein the Japanese had licensed Doctor Who and made it their own. This is that video clip. 

The Temporal Party
Directed by Ignacio J Reveco
Synopsis: Two grad students do a theoretical time traveling experiment; they organize a party for future time travelers, by sending the invitations after the party is finish. Their belief is struck when someone shows up claiming he is from the future. 

M-Theory

Synopsis:  Two scientists come up with a revolutionary way to make moving and shipping a breeze. Except such a discovery comes unintended consequences. 

Nostalgic

Synopsis: An aging scientist must decide whether to give in to early-onset dementia, or to take an experimental drug which locks him into his memories, unable to form new ones. 

Super therapy!
Directed by Stig Morten Waage
Synopsis: A therapy-session for a seemingly normal couple. Every relationship has got problems, and she likes to face problems head on. Only this time, she can't. 

Valiant

Synopsis: Set in a distant nuclear war-torn future, the Valiant Three set out on dangerous quest after finding a lost child princess who may hold the ticket to their freedom. However, they soon find themselves facing a choice between sacrificing the girl or living up to their reputation.
